Default Parking Brake Dash Light Flashes On & Off

I have a 2005, 4.6 F150. A month or so ago the parking brake light on the dash came on while I was driving, then went off. Didn't think much of, did it a couple weeks later. Now it seems to do it fairly often. There is no patern to is coming on, it'll even do it stopped at a stop sign & when I start it up. Rotors & pads are new & fluid level is good. The parking breake is not on. Anyone ever have this happen before, or have any idea what it is? Thanks.

Parking brake switch is located on drivers side, froward of left kick panel, at pivit point of emergency brake pedal.

Thanks, It seems it comes on & stays on when the truck is cold, but once I have driven for about 10 -15 mins it goes off for good, only when its cold. This isn't always the case, but the majority of time it seems like it is. Is there a sensor that could be going?

Well problem went away for a week, about 11 hours and 500 miles of driving, but all of a sudden it came back. I replaced the switch, but that didn't seem to be the problem. There is plenty of fluid in it. Is there a float or sensor in the master cylider that might be stuck or bad? Anyone ever have somthing like this happen before?

Thanks.
