Default 2006 5.4 F-150 #3 Cylinder Miss

I have a 06 f-150 with the 5.4 Triton. Just changed all the plugs and one got stuck, had to extract it... had a miss on #3 cyl according to the computer before plugs were changed, after plugs were changed a test drive threw a code showing a miss on #5 cyl. The coil pack was tested, and replaced, which solved the #5 prob, but on the next test drive #3 still missed and threw a code. Did not have another coil pack in stock, so packs from 1 and 3 cylinders were swapped to see if the miss swapped to #1 cyl, it did not, it stayed at #3... any ideas on why #3 is not firing? maybe a catalytic converter problem? Truck seems to run okay as long as its just cruising easy, but when you get on it it misses out and starts throwing codes. PLEASE HELP!!>>??<<!!

Hey dude, just had to go to Ford for a PCM re-flash and they said cylinders #3 and #7 were misfiring. It turned out the fuel injectors were leaking and they said that they were seeing the problem a lot so they made an extended warranty on this so they ended up doing it for free lol check out the injectors and let me know. Good luck
