You should be able to handle this fairly easily. Gotta remember it's just nuts and bolts the rear is super simple as you just take off the u bolts and swap the blocks. Jack up truck in rear and put it in stands. Take out old u bolts. Let rear end down and swap blocks.

I've heard the 2.5 was a pain to install so that's why I'm opting to let a shop do it.
The back I can do no problem
