manual locking hubs
was curious if anybody has done or heard of putting manual locking hubs on the 04-08 f150! or if it was even possible

dont think its possible, i dont know of any aftermarket kits that are for 04-08's, im sorry i sure as hell dont miss my manual locking hubs, more of a pain in the *** than anything

Agreed. I dont see what everyones big **** was against manual locking hubs. If you know you are going to be seeing snow, or mud, or a boat ramp, or loose gravel, or a floppy ******, or anything that might have a chance of requiring 4x4: Lock in the hubs before you leave, then when you need 4x4, pull the lever...

And i dont believe ive ever run into one of those so bad that i needed 4X4 go get through!

with technology that makes it where you dont have to fool with your hubs why would i want to go back, and with the 04-08 design if youre having any trouble and you want to be sure you have 4x4 unplug your vaccum lines, the fail safe for the system is to lock the wheels in
