Default rear end shake when taking off

I have a 1998 f150 4.2 2 wheel drive. when i take off i get a rear end shimmy or vibration.I also hear groaning noise at slow speeds almost like my brake drums are dragging.I had my brakes all redone my fluid in my rear end changed my next step is my universals.Anyone have any other ideas?

I would add friction modifier to the rear end and drive in figure 8 circles at low speeds the clutches in a limited slip will shudder when they get stuck

Very observent Josh. Timely responses are as important as the great info I've seen on this site. This one might be a record for slow response time.
