Default Value/what to do to my truck?

Here's my 2000 f150 xlt 4.6 4x4 I bought for 800 bucks. All i had to do was 2 front tires and both rockers for it to be 100%. No other rust anywheres else.
Has 75,000 km (46,000miles) & everything is original but the horn and radio (pic is before new deck).
Im wondering what size tires/rims i should get? All i can do for now is crank the torsion bars as im on a budget now.
Also would like you guys to value the truck as its standing with nothing wrong, no rust, new tires and whatever else i mentioned.

Thanks!

I don't see any pictures. Sounds like a steal to me though.

Def sounds like a steal. Bought my 1999 F150 XLT, 5.4l, RWD, 49,xxx miles for $7600 from a dealer. Minor rust and small cat leak.

I was about to say holy sh#t but then I realized how low your mileage was. Still, I sold this 97 4.6 4x4 for $5000, it had about 150k, no rust and it was in awesome shape.
