plumber man

Hello I am new to the forum not even sure if I am doing this right. I have a 1987 f150. I pulled a complete dash with wiring from a 1991 f150. Both trucks are manual 5 speeds with 4.9 litre 6cyl. Ran into a little different wiring on a/c. But my problem is that the truck turns over but will not crank. Was running fine before swap out. Not sure where to start looking. Please help.. keep in mind when replying that I am a plumber and not a great mechanic. Any help will be greatly appreciated.
