Ok everyone, dug this up from the grave for a update.

Ended up buying a used 2009 keystone 26b trailer. According to the specs it has a dry weight of 5200 lbs and a hitch weight of 650. It might be close but I think i will be fine if I move some of the gear to the trailer instead of the truck bed.

For anyone new reading this my reason was to see what trailer my truck would pull
Specs:
2014 F-150 fx4 supercrew 3.55 gears, tow package
gvwr- 7350
gcwr- 13500
payload is 1310
Passengers weight 590
Cargo maybe 200
Max trailer on hitch is 5000lb ( I will have a wd hitch so this should be doubled)
hitch weight is 500 (I will have a wd hitch so this should be doubled)

Trailer:
Dry weight 5200
hitch weight 650
Loaded would probably be around 6000 ( I don't travel with full tanks. Other than propane)

Any opinions? Anything else I'm Missing?

Load it up for camping and weigh it at a scale.
CAT scales are good.
You will get all the info you need.

Have you thought of looking at a Roadmaster.

My truck, 2012 FX2 Supercrew, 3.55 gears, payload 1477

Trailer is an 23 foot toy hauler unloaded at 6,400. Loaded it is between 7,200 to 9,000 depending on the trips we take.

I have Bilstein shocks and the Roadmaster and the truck towes great. When I am loaded I am about as level as you can get with a trailer.
90% of my towing is into the Sierras and it handles great in the mountains.

Would not trade this set up for towing anything under 10,000 pounds

I think the Roadmaster is the best thing to ever hit leaf spring suspension when you want to toy or hauler a lot.
