Default Sounds like exhaust leak?

Got a question if someone can help me, I own a 05 f150 with 5.4 3 valve, and everytime I start it, doest matter cold or hot start, it sounds like the exhaust has a leak, and the engine runs rough for say 30 seconds then goes away. I bought the truck with 80,000 miles, it was well taken care of. You never hear the noise again untill you shut it off ,then re-start it again.
Any ideas? Truck runs perfect, good oil pressure, Lady that owned the truck used 5w30 motorcraft oil, changed every 3000 miles.
I thought it was a oiling problem, after speaking to my buddie that works for a Ford Dealership, he tells me it might be a CAM SENSOR, Ive owned 4.6 2 valve engines, they dont make this noise, any help ide be greatful!!

The passenger exhaust manifold is a known failure.
I had mine replaced under a semi warranty.
Still cost me $480.

Yes do a search, the pass side is known for leaks from either warped or cracked exhaust manifold. And a pain cause it's also known for breaking studs upon removal. Good luck. If you do it yourself be careful and make sure you have an extraction kit handy. I did mine and broke the stud behind the engine mount. Was a pain in the ***!

Came with my truck, cracked manifold (right side)... Hopefully that's not your issue, but if it is then I'm sorry. Cost me close to $900
