Finally!
So the back story... I was up at Rausch Creek in PA @ HITH (Raptor event) and I broke a rear axle. Since I was already half way to the shop I had been courting for mod work, I threw the keys to Dave from KHC in New Jersey and called the wife to come pick me up.
Broken passenger side axle. This is what happens when a 6000lb truck in a 70mph drift hits a berm while turning 5500rpms. It was a blast until...
Front tore down - still muddy from HITH
Upgrades being installed over the next two weeks:
Camburg fully boxed lower arms - Raptor length but set up to run dual 3.0s with dual upper mount
ICON billet UNI UCAs
LCA pocket bracing - eliminates adjustability but keeps alignment in hard usage conditions - aligned with upper adjustability
RPG tie rods
Stainless brake lines F/R
Cantilever rear suspension - moves shocks up out of harms way and provides 18" of travel, will be strapped at 16" - keeps bed space
ICON 3.0s all 4 corners
ICON billet frame brace and bump kit
Raceworks front bumper
Outlaw designed - KHC built rear bumper
4.88 gears f/r
Upgraded rear axles
Deaver leaf pack (+3)
LT shackles
Glassworks fenders & bedsides (dovetailed)
13 HID conversion with upgraded projectors and custom amber LEDs
Once I wear down the 35s I'll be installing 37's.
More pics to come

sweet. I'll follow. You're one of the few that use it as intended.

no steering knuckle brace? gunna be a sick build man. im anxious to see how it turns out! now that your beefing up the front end, any plans on a 9" rear axle build? what about bumps for the front end? i know the camburg arms are already built for them.

The ICONS have an internal bump zone and with 4 up front, I 'should' be good. If not I'll add at a later date
I may do some bracing on the factory unit but for now it will suffice. The '10s had a bad batch of axle shafts anyway so I should be GTG with two new shafts - in the short term anyway.

Im still baffled by the lack of spring under conversion setups done for the Raptors. Looking at the other markets, I really think that would gain a significant amount of travel in the rear along with virtually eliminating axle wrap. What kind of travel should your new deavers pull?

^ he said in his original post that he's strapping it at 16". A spring under set up really is overkill for the raptor, you have to remember it is a "mid travel" truck.
And your truck is gunna be so sick bro!

I agree though, I even asked about it when planning this round of mods.
My setup will pull just under 18" but will be strapped at 16".
