does anyone have power telescoping tow mirrors on the f-150? I saw it was a option but cant find any info on it. I know 250s have it. Think it would be a really good option for me since I tow often. plus it is COOL

Yes, I have it on my 2013 Lariat....power folding and power telescopic....love it. The mirrors stick out so far that it's nice to just hit the button and fold them in when in a parking lot.

This option is the ONLY thing that I miss on my 2012. Sure would be nice to have as it's kind of a pain to have to get in and out of the truck to do this all of the time......but then again --- if that's the ONLY thing I miss, I guess I'll keep her.....

I too have them on my '13 platinum, they were not availble on my '11 Lariat, one of the smaller reasons i upgraded. But i love them already, it so easy to go to car wash now, i don't have to get out and fold the mirrors manually and folding them back whenever i park is great. I wish there was a setting that automatically folded them everytime truck went in park.

I have them on my 2013 Lariat Screw 4x4 157"WB w/Max Tow & HD Payload options. The control button is on the door panel. They are available with the Max Tow Package.

itis located on the door panel. It is incorporated with the power mirror adjustment control...just pull it back to fold and deploy the mirrors. a seperate button/switch is used for the extension/retraction of the mirrors, it is located just aft of the mirror joystick control.

I'll try and get a picture, but i have lousy cell service here at work.

is it possible for me to get this?
I have a 2013 limited. I will have to cut the top of the door panel to fit it but thats okay with me. I do alot of towing and this would be really cool!

This is why i didn't go with the Limited. They are super nice but none come with the Max Tow Package. Most I saw had a 7300 or 7350 GVWR instead of the 7650 or 7700. My 2011 had max tow and I became too accustomed to the big mirrors that i wouldn't consider giving them up, but i really wanted the power fold and that wasn't offered for the big mirrors in '11.

Not sure if you can or not...certainly you can buy the mirrors and control panel with switches, but not sure if the connectors would be the same and you might have to have the chassis computer reflashed to enable those options
