Follow your manual. It gives you the distance to set them and how high off the ground at so many feet. It is a fairly straight forward read, and other than getting to one of the adjuster screws (each side) it isn't bad. I use a power 1/4 ratchet and it is so much easier than a straight ratchet. No trying to move the ratchet, saves the knuckles. If you don't have a manual, and need to see mine, PM your email and I will send you a pdf with directions. I haven't figured out how to send it any other way.

Depends on where you get the kit. If you pay that for an ebay kit, youre going to have a bit of trouble from them. Been there, done that. Went to as better kit, and i've been problem free except water in a ballast. warranty covered it. Got my new ballast 2 days later. And as far as HIDs, they wont work as well in stock housings. They spread light everywhere and it becomes too dispersed. If you want HIDs, and the best light, retrofit them. Its more expensive, but it gives you the best light, and actually makes your HIDs DOT legal.
