Default Hello From Louisiana

Hello,

My name is Graham, I am 16 Years old and I live in Lafayette, La. I have a 2005 F 150 King Ranch. I have a couple of questions:

I just bought a Ford Factory Navigation from a 2007 Expedition for my 2005 F 150 and when I went to get it installed they told me that it wouldnt power on. Would I have to Get it reprogrammed? If I do, where can I get it programmed?

Where can I get a new puddle lamp?

And one more question

Does anybody know where I can get white matched handles?

Thanks

Nice truck man. I don't have any experience with the factory nav systems. sorry. Call your local dealership. They are usually pretty nice over the phone with questions etc. You can always get the chrome handle covers and paint those white or just get your handles painted. just a thought. Please forgive me for the idiot question but whats a puddle lamp? The light under the mirror? Welcome to the site.

Welcome to the boards!

Great looking truck you got there. As far as matching handles you could have a local body shop paint the buckets on your current handles. If you remove them yourself and sand them down it should save you some $$$$$. Another option is to add some LT handles, but those are going to run you close to $400.

Welcome to the forum! On your nav - do a search on ebay for "Ford Navigation." One of the items that should show up is a guy in Addison, TX (near Dallas) and he reprograms Ford Navs for about $69.
