I saw this today while cruising the web...

It's the new 5.0 intake manifold for the Cobra Jets that come equipped with the 5.0 N/A setup.

It claims is has more up gains than the BOSS manifold and no more torque loss compared to the BOSS.

I don't believe it hits production until December, but just thought I would share my find.

I'll wait for 5Star to come out with a package using that manifold...lol

I don't think the hp gains is enough to make it worth twice the price of the Boss 302 intake.

Wow very nice, stinks you have to get a different throttle body. Your talking just over $1600 for the intake and throttle body and then have to come up with a intake tube to fit the oval throttle body. I'm hope Mike at 5star looks into this. Better start saving now!

What really scares me about this is their empahsis on the use of lightweight composite materials. Ever since intake manifolds virtually all went plastic starting in the 90's, it makes me concerned.

I wonder if it is any taller than the boss intake? Looks better and maybe performs better, but does us no good if it doesn't fit.
