Fuses and relays will be found under the right side of the instrament panel. Remove the trim panel and fuse box cover to access the fuses. The fuse number for the stop/turn lamps is fuse 2, which is a 20 amp fuse (yellow). The manual also mentions fuse 13 as a "flasher relay", so perhaps that should be checked too.
The fuses you would be looking for (mentioned above) are on the lower fuse panel, and count left to right (fuse 1 to 11) then to the right of 3 relays (vertical) and count fuse 13 (lower) to 21 (upper).
Go to ebay motors, search on "FORD F150 2005", and you'll see owners manuals for sale at 8 to 10 dollars. Or get one from your dealer. It's hard to understand the layout of a fuse panel without being able to see a picture for sure!

The fuse panel is behind the kick panel on the passenger side.

The owners manual does indeed have a pic of the fuse panel, with the layout of the fuses and relays, along with their numbering. Some of the fuses are horizontal, and some are vertical, and wrap around the relays. So your point of my description is well taken. Without a picture, it's darn near impossible to describe the layout of the fuse panel. And yes you are right, the fuse panel is in the passenger kick panel, Ford does describe it as being below the dash on the drivers side; also true (to a point).
To the original poster; I'd go to my local Ford dealer in Peru and ask for a copy of the owners guide, and then go over to the service department and have them point out the location of the flasher. They should do that for free.

I have a manual PDF and the fuse Nš2 and fuse Nš13 are fuses for turn lamps and flasher lamps.
I was checking all owner manual and donīt found the flasher
I put an image of the box fuses in case somebody knows what is to flasher.
thanks

Where is my flasher located??????
It is under the dash left of the steering column 5 inches up from where your knee would touch the bottom.
Turn on the flasher reach up and you will be able to see it, hear it and feel it flash.
The new F250 is behind the center cup holder that must pull out and down to get to.

i had trouble myself. what i did was turn on my caution lights and located where the clicking sound was coming from. That is the flasher that needs to be replaced. mine was right up under in behind the steering wheel. kind of hard to get to. removed the OEM one and replaced with LED one and it worked. when i first tried it out the blinker was acting stuck. Let it sit for a little bit and bam it will start to work.

Yep. Flasher is under the steering column area, fastened to a small bracket. Very rare for them to fail. They need to be replaced with a low current one from BRIGHTLEDS.COM whenever you install LED bulbs that do not have load resisters built in.
