Default High idle speed after engine wash

Hi guys

I own a 93' F150 5.0 V8 Automatic with 2WD.
After I owned it of a day I thought I have to
clean it once real nice so I washed the engine.
What happens now is that idle is way to high
and does not regulate itself down.
You can drive it but it's annoying standing on the brakes
all the time.
Right after cleaning I unplugged most plugs and blew them
dry with the air gun also the distributed cap but no changes.
I've searched around here and guys wrote it can be the
IAC and a TPS but what is that??
Any pictures?

Thanks in advance
Jerry

At the top of this section is a sticky that tells you how to do it. I'd post the link but I don't know how with my phone, but it's right at the top of the page.
