Default 4 wheel drive shifter vs. dial on dash
Why do some f-150's have a shifter for the 4 wheel drive and some have a dial on the dashboard? Which is more reliable and durable?

hard to beat the manual for certain shifting .but all systems need to be used to lube parts. I have a99 & 01 both esof one has been great ,other problematic. your call.
