Roller Cams???
Hello, I was wanting to improve the performance of my 1994 F150 Lightning. Shes got a 351W. A friend of mine was saying I should add hydraulic roller cams, but couldn't really tell me anything about them. I'm used to my import which already has DOHC (duel Overhead cams). Is it kind of the same thing? Are they something I can put into a daily driver? What kind of other mods do I need to make to support them? Are they a drop in or do I need to replace half my engine? Again I'm new to V8s so you'll see me a lot on here.
Side question are rollers the best performance boost to start with? The engine is stock.

Replacing a cam is not as easy as it is in your overhead cam import. Basically the top and front of the motor need to come off to get the cam out.
Since you have a Lightning I'd suggest signing up over at http://www.nloc.net/vbforum/forum.php
