Hi Guys,
Im new to this site but not new to the STX auto headlight disappointment.
My hats off to you tmajor for figuring this out on your own I too have been to several dealers to get this added to my 2013 STX after the dealer I purchased this from acted like I was crazy for asking.
Seems ridiculous a $33,000. vehicle with 201A upgrade doesnt have this.
I dont know why this is taboo for the so called techs to figure out how to do they tell me the wiring isnt there but its funny I have voltage going to the wire for the sensor in the dash why would Ford put voltage to something if it never remotely had a possiblity of working?

I would also like the door handle keypad installed again they say it is imposible!
Did they tell you guys what effect it has on your warranty if you give them the code to put in the computer?
My hesitation is I paid for extended warranty and dont want to give them a reason to void it.
I know this thread is old but any input from you guys that have done this is greatly appreciated.

I doubt, that they will notice A/L or starter, if the transmission dies. ??

You guys are lucky to have found dealers that will work with you on changing the necessary code for A/L.
I have asked most dealers in my area if they would do this and they can't get me out the door fast enough

Was unable to get the as built info following your links to motor craft ... I would appreciate your help to see what codes needs to be changed on my f 150.. I have a 2013 Ford F 150 STX Supercab 4X4.
would be happy to give you my Vin # . Am very interested in the Auto headlight upgrade!

I did get my Asbuilt data: It is:

ICM 720 01-01 FF16 3035 8225 will change to FF9E 3034 82AC

BCM 726-03-01 0201 0001 35 will change to 0201 0000 34
BCM 726-09-01 0000 37 will change to 0100 38
BCM 726-10-01 0000 0014 52 ok
BCM 726-11-01 0001 0000 40 ok
BCM 726-12-01 0000 000F 4F will change to 0001 000C 4D

From your experience, is this correct? Again I have a 2013 STX Supercab 5.0L V8 145 wheelbase

Glad you necro-bumped this thread.
I finally got my truck, Tmajor. 2013 RCSB STX 4x4 5.0L

I seem to have the exact same numbers that motorcity has, and didn't see where he had total success. I'm not doing the keypad, so everything else will be relevant. I'll speak to the dealer this Friday morning at 7:00am CST. I'll see if they are brave enough to hack the BCM/ICM for me before I get the gear.

I tried having one dealer to do the change. They totally didn't know what they where doing. I need to find another dealer, to attemped to get it done right.

I have compared my As Built data to low end XLT's(2), that are the same as my truck with the following results:

ICM 720-01-01 FF16 3035 8225: change FF9E 3034 82AC

BMC 726-03-01 : the same

BCM 726-09-01 0000 37: change to 0100 38

BCM 726-10-01 : same

BCM 726-11-01 : same

BCM-726-12-01 0000 000F 4F: change to 0001 000C 4D

Again I have a 2013 STX 4X4 5.0L V8 .

Just picked up a 14' stx super crew 4x4 and would like to add auto headlights. Anybody done a 14' yet?

I spoke to Reynold's Ford in Edmond, OK on Friday.
They said that their guy can do anything with BCM/ICM and to bring it by
with the codes once I have the sensor/switch installed.
Is your list correct? I'll need to revisit this thread in detail to jog the ol' brain pan.
