But can't you do it to where you can pull the switch out when the lights are off to make the fogs come on?

Not to my knowledge. Every other I've seen needs atleast the parking lights on. But another plus is that theyll stay on with high beams

Yeah that's good. I think I would probably leave my fogs on a lot too if I could turn them on from the off position.

So after you take the **** apart you super glue it back together?

Yea I used loctite 2 part epoxy on mine. If you just want them on all the time it'd be easier to just splice the yellow and brown wires and be done with it. But I like having the option
