My son's Ranger had the catastrophic perverters fail, and had to get back to base in CA in 3 days. The cats were under warranty, but were back-ordered for 10 months (it was a 2004 Ranger). It was between Christmas and New Years and nobody at the corporate office was available. They tracked down an executive at home who had the authority to let them hollow out the cats so the truck would run and he could report back to base on time. (The military is SO **** about that ) They followed up with a dealership in CA to make sure they knew what was going on. They got the dealership in CA to contact DMV to get him a one-time waiver so he could register it without passing emissions since the cats were back-ordered. They did so much to take care of the situation, I wouldn't go anywhere else for Ford service if I couldn't fix it myself.
The one time I dealt with a salesman there, I felt I had to count my fingers after he shook my hand, but the service department is AWESOME!

Bump. Just moved to Parker about a month ago. I'll be traveling all over Colorado, Wyoming and Kansas for work - not looking forward to Kansas haha.
Good to know! I have an issue - the 55-60 shudder. The asshats in Texas kept giving me the BS run around despite getting Ford customer service involved. I figured I would get it dealt with up here.... Little did I know that ALL the roads are too terrible to feel the shudder. I do have a squeaky pulley (hopefully just a pulley) I need to get looked at while its under warranty, I'll give em a try!
I can't feel the shudder so its not bugging me, but I'd like to get it resolved before the warranty is up.
What are you looking for a dealer for? If its to buy a vehicle, I can't really help you. If you need a good, fair service department, Groove Ford on Arapahoe is excellent. Fantastic customer service, honest, and they really care.
