Very interested in the RAS after seeing multiple positive reviews. My setup is 22f150 maxtow, 4x4, fx4. I have installed Bilsteain 5100 rear shocks. Have not towed with the new truck yet but anticipate towing a TT w GVWR of 5-6K at the most.
I was thinking I probably fit in the standard RAS category given what I plan to tow but welcome your thoughts.
I do want to improve the unloaded ride, mostly cornering/body roll and the typical f150 bed shake. The Bilsteins helped a lot w this but wondering if the RAS will help as well and any benfit to going to HD in that regard or will the SD help enough?
Can the tension setting on the spring be adjusted from white to black disk with the wheels on the ground or would I need to get it up on jack stands later if I wanted to adjust?
Finally, of course, is there any group price or f150 forum price available?
I know the RAS 3611-Y or 3611-YHD are the models for a 2013 F150 4x4, but are there any other models that could easily be made to work for this truck as well? Like a 3611-B or a 3611?
Looking for the RAS on my 2019 F-150 SC FX4 Max Towing. I am more interested in ride handling and comfort, I do not pull nor load massive payloads in the bed, nor pull massive weight.
Hello Nolan. I have been reading so much about suspensions my head is spinning. lol
I have added a 2.5" leveling kit to my 2013 F150 FX4 Screw 4x4 with ecoboost (no towing upgrade). Truck is relatively level, but when I hitched up my 9,000 lb camper, the trucks attitude has negative rake. About 2 inches. I am looking to get the truck rake to be back to positive. Would the 3611-Y MK3 - XXY be able to do the job?
