Being 4-5 years later id like an update on the 5w-30 if its still working well? Any help would be appreciated

Hey, i read post about you switching your oil from 5w-20 to 5w-30 did you ever find a conclusion? Does it work better in the triton engines?

First of all thank you for all your help! I really appreciate it. I went ahead and ordered the VCT solenoids and decided it would be a good idea to get new seals as well. It looks like on that link you sent there are 2 different seals. Im guess they both would probably work since its listed with the solenoids but wanted to see if you had an idea on which one would be better.
